Mint Green Iced Tea
For weight loss, people advocate drinking only plain water and cut out all the other sugary soda drinks. But what happens when you are craving for something sweet w/o all the guilt? This recipe would be your savior.
It uses peppermint & green teabags with mint leaves. As you know peppermint can calm and refresh you and green tea is also good for weightloss. You can substitute the corn syrup with your own preferred sweeteners (E.g: Stevia, honey, etc).
