Losing weight the healthy way! I am first and foremost a weightloss blog rather than fitblr.
This tumblr is a combination of thinspo pictures, healthy weightloss tips, motivational quotes as well as healthy recipes and food. Also, I will post other random stuff as I deem fit because I follow non weightloss blogs as well. I like to post meaningful quotes as well as pictures that "teach" you how to live a happier life because your mental health is equally important. Don't lose yourself in the furry of your life.

Just a disclaimer: Not all girls I post here are the toned ones, some are just skinny with a good figure and some are more muscular. I don't always post all the healthy food, but I try my best.

I believe it's a combination of all these photos that will help to motivate and guide me along my weightloss journey in a healthy way.

P.s: I don't do promos or follow back and such requests will be ignored. I'll check your blog out if you ask me to but don't be offend if I don't follow you. It could because what you post is already appearing on my dash and since I blog on the go and tumblr app keeps crashing on me, I can't afford the time to follow so many people will repeated posts.

Money Saving Chicken Soup
I love her recipe because it makes use of the chicken bones to make the stock. If you don’t have a chicken leftover, just use chicken stock or but chicken parts with bones attached to it. 
The most common ingredients for chicken soup are chicken breast, carrots and celery and some carbs be it rice or pasta. You can add other parts of chicken if you want, onions, potatoes and your own seasonings.
